Sixth annual edition of the “FGE | NextGeneratiOn Galicia”, a monthly forum between Galicia and the European Commission aimed to discuss and exchange information on EU policies that have an important impact on Galicia economy and society.
Since July 1st, Galicia has been coordinating the interests of the Spanish regions before the Council of the EU on health issues for a six-month period.
CoRAI meeting aimed to discuss the just transition of the automotive sector. It was held with the support of the Fundación Galicia Europa.
Galicia has just joined the Govtech4all consortium along with 22 government agencies and companies from 15 EU countries to strengthen the single market for new models of innovation in the public administrations.
The FGE organised the fifth session of the year of its cycle of virtual meetings FGE | NextGeneratiOn Galicia, in which different issues related to the digital transition of the EU were discussed, such as the “Digital Compass 2030”. At the Galician level, the actions contemplated in the “Galicia Digital 2030 Strategy” and in the “Strategy for the transformation of Galicia” were highlighted.
The FGE organised the fourth session of the year of its cycle of virtual meetings FGE | NextGeneratiOn Galicia, which dealt with different issues related to the ecological transition, such as the Just Transition Fund, of which A Coruña is a beneficiary because it has been identified as a Just Transition area.
The Director General for External and EU Relations, Jesús Gamallo, inaugurated this morning the third meeting of the year of the FGE | Next Generation Galicia cycle, the monthly debate forum in which the Xunta and the European Commission discuss the EU policies with the greatest impact on the Galician community.
A large representation of the Xunta is analysing with the Galician Sonia Vila, who is at the head of the advisory centre of the President of the European Commission, the priorities established by the Community executive in its work programme for this year, as well as the different areas in which the EU is working in relation to the current crisis in Ukraine.
The Director General for External and EU Relations, Jesús Gamallo, inaugurated the first virtual meeting of 2022 of the “FGE | Next Generation Galicia” cycle, the monthly meeting point established by the Galicia Europa Foundation between the Xunta and the European Commission, which was dedicated to the EU’s Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility Strategy.
Today, Xunta de Galicia and the European Commission met again in the cycle of virtual meetings “FGE | Next Generation Galicia” of the Galicia Europa Foundation.
